The man was curious, so he looked into the jar.
Just as she had said, there were two garden hoes in the jar!

“Hey, that magic jar is mine!” the rich man insisted.
“What are you talking about? You sold the field, and I found the jar by myself.”
“I know. But I only sold the field, not the jar.”
The rich man tried to take the jar from the farmer.
“That's nonsense!” the farmer screamed.
They decided to go to the village lord and ask him to make a wise judgment.
“Sir, that jar was in my field,” the rich man said first. “He paid only for the field and not for this jar, so it's mine.”
“No, sir!” said the farmer. “I found the jar by myself. He didn't even know about it.”
The lord heard the story of the magic jar and became greedy.

“Well, it's too difficult to judge,” said the village lord. “I think the magic jar belongs to the country, not to either of you.”
The village lord sent them back to their homes with nothing.

“Oh my goodness! Who is my real father?”
The lord was confused.
“I'm his father. Go away!”

The lord cried with joy and hugged his father tightly.
