   1. Sales clerk/guard: Hello, how are you today?

      Customer: Hi.

   2. Sales clerk: Are you looking for anything in particular?

Customer: No, I'm just looking around today, thanks./Yes, I'm looking for a cocktail dress.

   3. Sales clerk: We have a great selection of dresses for a night out over here.

Customer: I really like this one. Do you have it in a size 2?

   4. Sales clerk: Certainly. I'll hang it up in the changing room for you.

      Customer: Thank you.

Sales clerk: Is everything okay in there? Do you need anything?

Customer: I would like to try this in green.

Sales clerk: Here you go. Would you like me to take a look? I think it looks beautiful on you!

    6. Customer: I'll take this one.

Sales clerk: Great. I'll take it to the counter for you. My name is Janice.

Cashier: Was everything okay for you? Did anyone help you?

Customer: Perfect, thank you. Janice helped me.

   8. Cashier: Good. That will be $100. Cash or credit?

Customer: Credit, please. Here you go.

    9. Cashier: Thank you, I'll put the receipt in the bag. Have a nice day!

       Customer: Thank you. Bye-
