Ogre: Come on, Donkey. One more time, please?

          어서, 동키. 한번 만 더 해봐.

Donkey:  Okay. All right, but this is the last time.

               좋아, 알았어. 이번이 마지막이야.

Ogre: Here it comes. Look at him. 자 나온다. 보라고.

Donkey: I see you! 다 보여!

Brogan: That's quite a friend you've got there. 
             I can see why you haven't eaten him.

             친구 하나는 잘 뒀네. 안 잡아 먹은 이유를 알겠어.

/ Well, that's quite a coincidence. 그거 정말 우연이군요.

Shrek: Donkey! I hate to pull you away from your adoring public,
   but I'm not getting anywhere with Fiona. I need your help!

         동키! 널 네 광팬들로부터 떼 놓긴 싫지만 난 피오나랑 진도가 안 나가. 
   네 도움이 필요하다고!

Ogre:  Hey, everybody. Who wants dessert?

           자, 여러분. 디저트 먹을 친구?

Ogre: Where'd you get these? 어디서 난 거야?

Ogre: Fiona's garbage. Just another gift from some clueless lover boy.

         피오나 쓰레기통에서. 멍청한 놈 하나가 또 선물을 주고 갔나 봐.

Donkey:  That's a good one, Cookie!

               재밌었어, 쿠키!

Ogre: Anyone who knows Fiona knows this stuff ain't gonna work on her.

          피오나를 아는 놈이면 이런 게 소용없다는 걸 알지.

Shrek: Donkey, what am I gonna do? It's like I don't even know her.

Donkey: You in trouble, Romeo. 
             Because the only thing Fiona cares about is her cause.

            골치 아프겠다, 로미오. 피오나가 신경 쓰는 건 오직 대의뿐이니.

*a cause, the cause――「…의 주의·목적을 위하여」의 뜻으로는 정관사를 붙인 뒤에 동격의 of를 취한다. 단, 형용사에 수식되어 단독으로 쓰이는 경우는 부정관사를 취하는 경우도 있다: fight for a great cause / work in a common cause.
