| 14. 부정사의 능동과 수동 ▶ Point 형용사적 용법의 부정사에서, 부정사의 동사가 자동사일 경우에는 수식 받는 명사가 의미사의 주어가 되며, 타동사일 경우에는 수식 받는 명사가 의미상의 목적어가 된다. 부사적 용법일 때는, 의미상의 주어와 주절의 주어간의 관계를 따져 능동/수동을 정한다. something to see see의 의미상의 목적어가 something something to be seen seen의 의미상의 주어가 something ▶ Practice ․ The escaped criminal wore a false beard in order not [to recognize / to be recognized]. ․ I arranged for it [to deliver / to be delivered] here at the club at noon.
