1월 21일(일요일)자 코리아 타임즈에 게재된 귀사의 구인 광고에 응모하고자 이력서를 보냅니다.

In February, 2006, I will receive my Bachelor of Arts Degree in English from OO College, and I am interested in the position of bilingual secretary you are advertising. I am fluent in English speaking, reading and writing. I have gotten TOEIC 900.

저는 2006년 2월 OO 대학교를 졸업할 예정인 영어를 전공하는 학생인데, 귀사에서 모집하고 있는 2개 국어 비서직에 관심을 가지고 있습니다. 영어는 회화와 읽고 쓰기에 모두 능통하며, TOEIC 900점을 받았습니다.

In addition, I have studied at night classes in Daehan School of Business to learn secretarial skills while going to college. I am also trained in office procedures and handling of business machines such as word processors.

한편, 낮에는 대학에 다니고, 밤에는 대한 비즈니스 스쿨에서 비서 양성 코스를 수강했기 때문에, 전반적인 사무 절차와 워드 프로세스 등 OA 기기 조작에도 익숙합니다.
