Thank you for giving me a chance to introduce myself. My name is OOO. I was born and brought up in a very small village near Suwon city until I finished middle school. I almost settled for becoming a farmer as my parents had expected. But Mr. Kim, my homeroom teacher in the last year of my middle school, encouraged me to go to Seoul with a letter of introduction to his friend.

그 친구분은 제가 낮에 고등학교에 다닐 수 있도록 자기 회사에 야간 일자리를 주셨습니다. 고등학교 졸업반 때는 저는 한 달간 연수를 받기 위해서 OO 무역회사에 나갔으며, 졸업하자마자 정식 직원으로 채용되었습니다.

His friend found me an evening employment with his company so that I could go to high school during the day. In the last year of high school, I was sent to OO Trading Company to be trained for one month and was employed full time upon graduation from high school.
