[왜 OOO 회사에 지원했습니까?]

하나의 작은 사상이 얼마나 사람들에게 그리고 그들의 행동에 영향을 미치는가를 알고 난 다음부터 저는 인적자원개발부에서 일하는 것을 항상 꿈꾸어 왔습니다. 저는 제 자신이 그것을 직접 경험 했습니다. 과거의 저는 매사에 불만이 많은 편이었습니다. 그러나 ‘성공하는 사람들의 일곱 가지 습관’을 읽고나서 제가 할 수 있는 것을 하기 위해 노력을 하였으며, 제 생활은 과거와는 다르게 변하게 되었습니다. 이러한 경험은 자연히 인적 자원 개발, 핵심 역량 개발, 리더십, 등의 관련 수업 수강으로 이어졌으며, 각 과목에서 우수한 성적을 받았습니다.

I have been always dreaming to be a HRD(Human Resource Development) person since I knew how one small thought can affect people and their behavior. I experienced it myself. I used to complain about everything in the past. However, after reading the book titled "Seven habits of highly effective people", I tried to do what I can do, and my life became a totally different one from the one it used to be. This experience led me to take related courses such as human resource development, leadership, core competency development, and so on, and I got good records.
