버섯된장_주먹밥_레시피.ppt


Ingredients – (serves 3 persons)

1 dried shiitake mushroom, 1/3 of king oyster mushroom, 30g of oyster mushroom,

20g of carrot, 1/6 of green pepper, some of grape-seed oil, 400g of cooked rice,

½ of roasted seaweed

-Marinade-

1ts of minced scallion,  1ts of minced garlic,  1.5TS of soybean paste,  1TS of soy sauce,

2TS of sesame oil,  1TS of sugar,  some sesame seeds

-Directions-

1.Soak the shiitake mushroom into warm water. Squeeze and chop it. 
2.Tear the oyster mushrooms into pieces about 2 cm.
3.Chop the king oyster mushroom, the carrot and the green pepper.
4.Mix the marinade ingredients with the cooked rice.

5.  Heat up the pan and put some grape-seed oil. Stir-fry the vegetables(carrot, mushrooms, and green pepper).

6. Add the cooked rice. Fry and mix all.

7. Wait until the rice cools down. Put some of the rice in the palm of your hand.

8. Squeeze into a ball.

9. Make the better with the roasted seaweed.
