 Daffodils

- William wordsworth

I wandered lonely as a cloud

That floats on high o'er vales and hills,

When all at once I saw a crowd,

A host, of golden daffodils;

Beside the lake, beneath the trees,

Fluttering and dancing in the breeze.

Continuous stars that shine

And twinkle on the Milky Way,

They stretched in never-ending line

Along the margin of a bay:

Ten thousand saw I at a glance,

Tossing their heads in sprightly dance.

The waves beside them danced, but they

Out-did the sparkling waves in glee:

A poet could not but be gay,

In such a jocund company:

I gazed-and gazed- but little thought

What wealth the show to me had brought:

For oft, when on my couch I lie

In vacant or in pensive mood,

They flash upon that inward eye

Which is the bliss of solitude;

And then my heart with pleasure fills,

And dances with the daffodils.

===================================================================================

I wandered lonely as a cloud
That floats on high o'er vales and h

When all at once I saw a cr

A host, of golden daffod

;

I wandered lonely as a cloud that floats highly over vales and hills.

I saw a crowd of golden daffodils fluttering and dancing in the breeze beside the lake and beneath the trees.

Continuous as the stars that shine
And twinkle on the Milky W
ay
,
They stretched in never-ending l

Along the margin of a b

:
Ten thousand saw I at a gl

,
Tossing their heads in sprightly d

- margin of a bay: 호변의 만()..

They stretched in never-ending line continuously as the starts that shine and twinkle on the Milky Way.

I saw ten thousand at a glance tossing their heads in sprightly dance along the margin of a bay.

The waves beside them danced, but they
Out-did the sparkling waves in gl

:
A Poet could not but be g

In such a jocund compan
y
:
I gazed--and gazed--but little th
ought

What wealth the show to me had br
ought:

The waves besides them danced but they out-did the sparkling waves in glee.

A poet could not but be gay in such a jocund company.

I gazed and gazed but couln't imagine what wealth the show (of daffodils) had brought to me.

For oft, when on my couch I lie
In vacant or in pensive m
ood
,
They flash upon that inward
eye

Which is the bliss of solit
ude
;
And then my heart with pleasure f
ills
,
And dances with the daffod
ils.

- inward eye which is the bliss of solitude:

For often, when I lie on my couch in vacant or in pensive mood, they flash upon that inward eye which is the bliss of solitude.

And then my heart is filled with pleasure and dances with the daffodils.
