- 가사속 문법정리-

1. 명령문

－명령문은 주어 you를 생략하고 <동사원형>으로 시작한다.

－<~해라>의 뜻으로 상대방에게 명령한다.

－<부정 명령문>은 <Don't + 동사원형>으로

<~하지마라>라는 금지의 뜻이다.

－<Don't + 동사원형>은 <You must not + 동사원형>으로 바꿔 쓸 수 있다.

[예문]

1) Bless my homeland forever. (Edelweiss의 가사 예문)

내 조국을 영원히 축복해다오.

2) Try to remember the kind of September. (Try To Remember의 가사 예문)

기억을 떠올려 보세요. 9월의 그날들을

2. to 부정사 (부사적 용법)

－<to + 동사원형>의 형태를 <to 부정사>라고 한다.

－<to 부정사>에는 명사적, 형용사적, 부사적용법이 있다.

－<부사적 용법>은 <to 부정사>가 부사처럼, 동사, 형용사, 다른 부사를 수식한다.

[예문]

나를 만나서 너는 행복해 보이는 구나.

2) I am glad to meet you. (기쁜 원인을 나타내는 부사적 용법)

난 너를 만나서 기쁘다.
