동사 + when it's + 형용사 + to the touch.      
만져봐서 ~하면 ...해. 

Fold the shirt when it's dry to the touch. 
만져 봐서 말랐으면 셔츠를 개.

Remove the pan when it's hot to the touch. 
만져 봐서 뜨거우면 팬을 꺼내.

Sharpen the blade when it's dull to the touch. 
만져 봐서 무뎌졌으면 날을 갈아.

Paint the outside when it's rough to the touch. 
만져 봐서 거칠어졌으면 외부를 칠해. 

Wash the surface when it's stick to the touch. 
만져 봐서 끈적하면 표면을 닦아.

패턴영어 연습
