I usually catch up on lost sleep on Sundays.
나는 보통 일요일에 부족한 잠을 만회하지.

​*catch up on; to do what needs to be done
 because you have not been able to do it until now.
*catch up; to improve and reach the same standard
 as other people in your class, group etc.
*catch up with; to come from behind and reach someone 
in front of you by going faster.

나는 보통 일요일에 부족한 잠을 만회하지.
I usually catch up on lost sleep on Sundays.
* <부족한 것을> 만회하다, ~을 따라잡다(catch up on something)

그녀는 보통 집에서 밀린 독서를 하지.
She usually catches up on reading at home.

어떤 일이 있었는지 함께 밀린 이야기를 해보자고.
Let’s catch up on what’s been happening.

네가 최신 소식을 따라잡도록 도와줄게.
I’ll help you catch up on the latest events.

누가 뭐하고 지냈는지 따라잡기를 해야겠어.
I need to catch up on who’s been doing what.

그는 신문을 읽으면서 뉴스 따라잡기를 하지.
He catches up on the news by reading the paper.

쌤은 점심을 건너 뛰면서 일을 따라잡지.
Sam catches up on work by skipping lunch.

네 모든 밀린 모험 이야기를 듣고 싶은데.
I hope to catch up on all your adventures.
